We have team who are constantly working on new designs and development of products. Till date, we have developed more than 2500 concrete products using our skill and expertise. We have tried to cater wide range of customer segment by making such a huge products portfolio.

1. JOB PURPOSE:
To manage and execute project-based sales for The Concrete Shop®, a design-led concrete brand by Aarya Precast India Pvt. Ltd., involving customized products, exhibitions, large orders, and institutional projects. The Sales Executive will handle the complete sales cycle from enquiry to final execution by acting as a central coordination point between clients, design, production, and project teams, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution and overall business growth.
2. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Project Sales & Lead Management
- Handle project-based enquiries, exhibitions, and customized orders.
- Understand client requirements, drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Prepare project proposals and techno-commercial offers.
B. Client & Consultant Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project owners.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings for requirement clarification.
- Build long-term relationships for repeat and reference projects.
C. Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with design, production, planning, and execution teams.
- Ensure project timelines, specifications, and quality requirements are met.
- Track project progress and resolve execution issues proactively.
D. Commercial & Documentation Handling
- Support negotiations, contracts, and work orders.
- Ensure milestone-based billing and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain complete project documentation and records.
3. KRA & KPI
Project order value achieved- Number of projects closed
- Timely project execution support

4. COMMUNICATIONS AND RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal: Design, production, planning, quality, and accounts teams.
External: Architects, consultants, contractors, project clients.
5. KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR JOB
Education: Graduate / Diploma (Engineering or Architecture preferred)
Experience: 2–6 years in project-based or exhibition sales
Salary Range:
- ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
(As per experience + project-based incentives)
