Job Description – Sr. OPEX Engineer
- Position: Sr. Opex Engineer – HR Excellence
- Department: OpEx (Operational Excellence)
- Salary: ₹80,000 - ₹1,00,000 per month
- Educational Qualification: BE in Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Certifications: (one or more certifications preferred) in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) / Lean Six Sigma / Lead Auditor / Systematic Problem Solving (SPS) / 5S or Internal Auditor.
- Experience Required: 8–10 Years

Job Purpose
To strengthen organizational performance and employee integration through effective PMS/KRA management and structured induction and training programs while supporting HR excellence initiatives across the organization.
The Sr. Opex Engineer – HR Excellence will be responsible for managing Performance Management Systems (PMS), KRA processes, and employee induction and training programs. The role focuses on improving employee performance alignment, process standardization, and organizational effectiveness through structured HR excellence practices.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate PMS and KRA implementation across departments.
- Lead HR Excellence Projects.
- Support goal setting, KRA tracking, and performance review processes.
- Conduct employee induction and onboarding programs for new joiners.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR excellence initiatives and performance systems.
- Coordinate with department heads for performance alignment and review activities.
- Maintain PMS, KRA, and induction-related records and reports.
- Support continuous improvement in employee performance and engagement processes.
- Support in other OPEX / Continuous Improvement projects under the guidance of OPEX Head / Top Management.
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of PMS and KRA management systems.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct induction and employee engagement programs effectively.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and process-oriented approach.
- Hands-on experience in MS Office.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
