About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented TELECALLING EXECUTIVE (Part-Time)to support our admissions and counselling team. This is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are passionate about guiding prospective students, building relationships, and developing strong communication and counselling skills in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in counselling prospective students regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to follow up with student enquiries.
- Explain course features, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, student interactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate admission documentation and application processing.
- Schedule counselling sessions and support walk-in candidates.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to achieve enrolment targets.
- Participate in promotional activities, seminars, webinars, and education events whenever required.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Hindi communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
