ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead end-to-end Finance & Accounts operations for a growing manufacturing/engineering organisation. The role demands strong expertise in Indian taxation and statutory compliance, combined with the ability to drive financial strategy and lead a high-performing team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Operations & Reporting
- Oversee end-to-end Finance & Accounts operations across the organisation
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure timely book closure and maintain accurate, audit-ready accounting records
- Monitor cash flow, working capital utilisation, and banking transactions
Compliance & Taxation
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and all applicable statutory compliances within manufacturing sector regulations
- Liaise with banks, auditors, vendors, and regulatory authorities
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors; ensure ongoing audit readiness
Planning & Analysis
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, MIS reports, and variance analyses for management review
- Support leadership with financial analysis, cost optimisation insights, and strategic decision-making
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards (Ind AS / IGAAP) and internal company policies
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team
- Drive process improvements and automation across the finance function
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Must-Have
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 8–16 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in manufacturing or engineering
- Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Indian statutory regulations
- Hands-on experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and audit management
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally or equivalent) and advanced MS Excel
Good to Have
- Exposure to cost accounting or manufacturing finance (standard costing, BoM analysis)
- Experience working with Big 4 or mid-tier audit firms
- Familiarity with Ind AS / IFRS reporting standards

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
