Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, supervise, and control daily production activities as per production plans.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining required quality standards.
- Manage manpower deployment, shift planning, attendance, and productivity.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure optimum machine utilization.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, PPC, Stores, and Dispatch departments.
- Monitor production processes such as Extrusion, Printing, Lamination, Slitting, Pouching, Cutting, and related flexible packaging operations.
- Reduce production wastage, downtime, rejection, and material consumption.
- Ensure compliance with approved SOPs, quality standards, and production specifications.
- Analyze production reports and take corrective actions for deviations.
- Ensure proper documentation of production, wastage, downtime, and shift activities.
- Implement 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Benefits & Relocation Package
The company will provide the following benefits to the selected candidate:
- Total Relocation Allowance: USD 500 per month, as an estimated relocation support amount provided by the company.
- Food Allowance: USD 250 per month.
- Rent/Accommodation Allowance: USD 250 per month. The candidate's eligible rent/accommodation expenses will be covered by the company.
- Employment Type: Permanent Role.
- Job Location: Tema, Ghana, Africa.
- Air Ticket: The company will bear the cost of the candidate's air ticket for travel/joining to Ghana
