Assist in planning, design coordination, and execution of infrastructure development projects.
Prepare and review Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), technical reports, estimates, drawings, and project documentation.
Support tender preparation, including BOQs, technical specifications, cost estimates, bid documents, and tender evaluations.
Coordinate with clients, Government departments, consultants, and contractors for smooth project execution.
Review engineering drawings, designs, and technical submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable standards.
Conduct site visits, monitor project progress, and prepare inspection and progress reports.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, and statutory regulations.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and monitoring of project milestones.
Prepare presentations, Minutes of Meetings (MoMs), progress reports, and MIS reports.
Support contract administration, variation analysis, and resolution of technical issues during project implementation.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery of project outputs.
Sound knowledge of civil engineering principles and infrastructure project execution.
Experience in DPR preparation, tender documentation, and PMC assignments.
Familiarity with Government procurement procedures and infrastructure project documentation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and project planning tools.
Strong analytical, technical, and report-writing skills.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and work within project timelines.
