About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Closing Manager to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads into successful bookings, managing customer relationships, coordinating with channel partners, and ensuring a smooth sales closure process.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Drive end-to-end sales closures for residential and commercial real estate projects.
2. Conduct project presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers and channel partners.
4. Negotiate pricing and payment plans within company guidelines.
5. Coordinate with CRM, Finance, Legal, and Sales teams to ensure seamless booking execution.
6. Follow up with qualified leads to maximize conversion rates.
7. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
8. Achieve assigned monthly booking and revenue targets.
Eligibility :
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
4–8 years of experience in real estate sales or closing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the real estate booking process, Digital Marketing work and RERA regulations.
