Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a Medical College & Hospital background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations (recruitment, on-boarding, payroll, compliance, employee relations).
- Develop and implement HR policies in line with institutional needs.
- Handle statutory compliances related to medical education & healthcare staff.
- Support workforce planning and performance management.
- Foster a positive work culture and resolve employee grievances effectively.
Qualification:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices in hospital/medical college sector preferred.
Salary: Competitive (as per experience & qualifications).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
