Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Business Manager - India North. The Regional Business Manager will be offering services to build sales volume, maintain client relationships, acquire new sites, and monitor Sales Pipeline Implement regional and area strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned region, recruit sales personnel and train on product. Additional responsibilities include aggregating data and building a database of all potential opportunities in conjunction with business development teams. Team leadership and ensuring alignment with business goals through effective planning and execution. Assist in event planning, customer interactions, product education campaigns in related regions in conjunction to overall plan and represent the company in conferences to ensure product representation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology / Science and Masters in Business Administration
- Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience in launching products in critical care segment for Infectious diseases: Bacterial, Viral & Fungal
- Proven expertise in sales negotiation, business development, and client relationship management
- Strategic planning and team leadership to drive regional growth and meet objectives
- Market analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of diagnostics, healthcare, or related fields is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic environment
