Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in planning domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Book, modify, reissue, and cancel domestic and international flight tickets.
- Arrange hotel accommodations based on client preferences and budget.
- Provide clients with the best available flight schedules, fares, hotel options, and travel packages.
- Prepare travel quotations, itineraries, booking confirmations, and invoices.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and travel partners to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
- Handle ticket refunds, rescheduling, cancellations, and travel-related amendments.
- Advise clients on baggage policies, airline regulations, travel insurance, visa-related travel requirements, and destination guidelines.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person consultations.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer information.
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients before and after travel.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving monthly sales and booking targets.
