Job Title: Customer Support Associate

Experience : More than 6 Months (Freshers allowed)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to handle customer interactions across consumer promotions, loyalty programs, and reward campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound Client interactions related to promotions, cashback, contests, and rewards
- Address queries on participation, eligibility, redemption, and campaign status
- Assist users with basic technical issues (SMS, QR codes, web/mobile platforms)
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
- Perform invoice/image validation as per campaign guidelines
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to internal teams
- Share insights on customer feedback and recurring concerns
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0.6 Months of experience
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-focused approach with good problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and familiarity with basic computer/CRM tools
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
