Executive Housekeeper –
An Executive Housekeeper is responsible for managing the housekeeping department and ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards in a hotel or hospitality property.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage housekeeping staff and daily operations.
- Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back areas are clean and well maintained.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and work schedules.
- Conduct room inspections and quality checks.
- Maintain housekeeping inventory, linen, uniforms, and cleaning supplies.
- Coordinate with maintenance and other departments for smooth operations.
- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning standards, grooming, and safety procedures.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Control departmental expenses and minimize wastage.

Qualification
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
