Qualifications Education: M.Com (Master of Commerce) Experience: Minimum Exp for Executive 4-5 ys, Sr. Executive 5-8 Yrs, AM 7 -10 yrs Industry Preference: Packaging or related manufacturing sectors. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. Conduct cost analysis and manage the costing systems effectively. Perform bank reconciliation, ensuring all discrepancies are resolved promptly. Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss reports. Handle GST, TDS, and other tax compliance requirements. Implement and manage accounting processes in SAP for financial reporting and control. Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports. Collaborate with internal departments for effective cost control and resource allocation. Generate periodic financial reports for senior management. Skills and Competencies Significant exposure to costing systems and processes. High degree of analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach. Ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines. Proficiency in SAP (S/4 HANA preferred). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of packaging industry practices is a strong advantage.
