Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Business Development Executive to drive international client acquisition and business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting outreach, and converting prospects into long-term business relationships across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential international clients and business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking, and other prospecting channels.
- Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand business requirements.
- Present company services and customized solutions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and project handover.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation, meeting, and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in B2B sales, international sales, business development, or lead generation is preferred.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Strong research and prospecting skills.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling digital marketing, IT, SaaS, or agency services.
- Understanding of international business markets and sales processes.

Pay: ₹16,445.85 - ₹65,904.93 per month
