Campus Security Operations
- Supervise all security activities across academic buildings, hostels, offices, and residential areas.
- Ensure effective deployment of security personnel and maintain discipline and vigilance.
2. Risk Management
- Identify vulnerabilities and conduct regular security audits.
- Recommend preventive and corrective measures to strengthen campus safety.
3. Access Control & Surveillance
- Oversee CCTV monitoring, visitor management, and vehicle movement.
- Ensure timely response to alerts and incidents.
4. Incident & Emergency Response
- Lead evacuation procedures during crises (fire, protests, disasters).
- Coordinate with local police, fire services, and hospitals for emergency support.
5. Security Personnel Management
- Supervise officers, guards, and outsourced staff.
- Plan duty rosters, conduct inspections, and promote skill development.
6. Policy Implementation & Compliance
- Enforce university security policies and statutory safety regulations.
- Develop contingency plans and review procedures periodically.
7. Asset Protection
- Safeguard property, equipment, records, and sensitive assets.
- Ensure robust arrangements during exams, convocations, and major events.
8. Coordination & Liaison
- Work closely with university departments for event security.
