Position: Production Manager
Experience: 6–10 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end production operations.
- Ensure on-time project completion and delivery.
- Lead production teams and improve productivity.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Stores, and Quality departments.
- Drive quality improvements, cost reduction, and process optimization.
- Monitor production KPIs, safety compliance, and resource utilization.
Experience
- 6–10 years of experience in Production Management.
- Experience in Industrial Automation, Machine Building, SPMs, Robotics Integration, Manufacturing Projects, or Engineering Industries preferred.
- Proven experience in managing production teams and meeting delivery targets.
