Context and Purpose of the Job

We provide customised solutions to meet the specific requirements of healthcare professionals. Our mission is to improve healthcare at the point of delivery through patient participation and real time data capture. RioMed has been delivering clinical solutions nationally and internationally since 1997, in a variety of communicable and non-communicable disease areas including, HIV, sexually transmitted disease, Osteoporosis, Elderly Care, Rheumatology, Cardiology and Diabetes.
The overall purpose of the job is to plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications.

Design, develop, and maintain test automation scripts using Playwright.

Automate end-to-end regression and functional test cases for web applications.

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).

Collaborate with developers to identify and fix automation gaps.

Analyse automation test failures, debug issues, and ensure high test reliability.

Develop a reusable automation framework for scalability and maintainability.

Participate in sprint activities: test planning, estimation, and execution.

Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform coverage using Playwright capabilities.

Essential
-
Strong hands-on experience in Playwright (JavaScript).

Proficiency in writing test scripts, assertions, and reusable utilities.

Good knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, DOM, REST APIs).

Experience in API automation with Playwright or supporting libraries.

Familiarity with version control (Git) and Agile methodologies.

Exposure to reporting frameworks (Allure, Extent Reports, etc.).

Knowledge of CI/CD tools for automation integration.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
