Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to accurately input, update, and maintain information in company databases and records. The ideal candidate should possess good typing skills, attention to detail, and basic computer proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify data in computer systems and databases.
- Review source documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical records.
- Generate reports and retrieve information as required.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
- Identify and correct data entry errors promptly.
- Coordinate with team members and departments to obtain necessary information.
- Perform regular data backups and record maintenance.
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Graduate) in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations and internet usage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Experience in data entry, administration, or back-office operations.
