Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to manage and oversee day-to-day site operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of site supervision experience and the ability to coordinate with teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordination: Coordinate with architects, contractors, labor teams, and vendors.
- Project Management: Assist in planning and executing projects within the given timeline.
- Problem Solving: Identify on-site issues and provide quick solutions to maintain workflow.
- Material Management: Track material requirements, deliveries, and usage at site.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets required quality standards.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement and delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in site supervision (architecture/interior projects preferred).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and site teams efficiently.
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and materials.
