Job Title: Slimming Manager
Company: Vecura Wellness Clinic
Location: Pondichery
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall operations of the slimming department
- Handle client consultations and recommend suitable slimming programs
- Ensure achievement of monthly revenue and sales targets
- Monitor client progress and ensure treatment effectiveness
- Supervise and train slimming therapists and staff
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and service quality
- Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations professionally
- Coordinate with dieticians and physiotherapists for holistic treatment plans
- Maintain proper documentation and client records
- Plan and implement promotional activities to increase business
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline); certification in nutrition/fitness is an added advantage
- 3–6 years of experience in slimming, wellness, or clinic management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with target achievement experience
- Knowledge of slimming treatments, machines, and wellness programs
