Key Responsibilities:
* Direct client acquisition for IT staffing services.
* Generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
* Build and manage long-term client relationships.
* Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with recruiters.
* Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
*Achieve revenue and business growth targets.Required Skills:
* 3–5 years of IT staffing sales/business development experience.
* Strong direct client acquisition experience.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Knowledge of Contract, C2H, and Permanent Staffing.
* Experience with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and lead generation.
