Job Summary for Tele caller
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Tele caller to join our Institution team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective Working professions (Skilled & Unskilled) leads and explaining course offerings, generating enrolments, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve admission and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Calling & Follow-up
- Make outbound calls to prospective students, parents, and leads
- Follow up on inquiries generated through digital campaigns, website, and referrals
- Maintain regular communication with interested candidates
Course Counselling & Sales
- Explain course features, fees, benefits, and career outcomes
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
- Convert inquiries into admissions/enrolments
Lead Management
- Update lead status in CRM systems
- Maintain accurate call records and follow-up notes
- Track daily/weekly/monthly targets
Customer Relationship Management
- Build rapport with students and parents
- Resolve basic queries and escalate when needed
- Ensure positive candidate experience
Target Achievement
- Meet daily call targets
- Achieve monthly admission/sales goals
- Support team revenue objectives
Required Skills
Technical Skills
- Tele calling / inside sales experience
- Lead conversion and sales closing
- CRM handling
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication (English + regional language preferred)
- Convincing, negotiation skills and Active listening
- Time management
Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma
- Experience in EdTech / Education counselling preferred
Experience
- 1–5 years in tele calling, telesales, or education counselling
- Prior experience in EdTech institutions preferred
KPI / Targets
- Daily calls: 80–120
- Qualified leads: 15–25/day
- Monthly admissions target
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
