Experience: 3-6 years
(Preferred: Executive Assistant / Founder’s Office / Corporate coordination experience)
Salary Range: 30k to 35k
Roles:
- Provide end-to-end executive support to the Founder
- Manage daily schedules, meetings, appointments, and follow-ups
- Travel with the Founder for meetings, events, and business activities
- Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and coordination
- Coordinate with clients, investors, internal teams, and business associates
- Manage professional communication and correspondence
- Prepare MOMs, reports, presentations, and business documents
- Track action points and ensure timely follow-ups
- Assist in business coordination and operational tasks
- Handle confidential information professionally
- Prioritize tasks and ensure smooth daily workflow for the Founder
- Support strategic and operational activities when required
Qualification:
- Graduate
- Strong communication and coordination skills required
