Who We're Looking For
We are seeking professionals who possess:
· 2–10+ years of experience in immigration consulting or global mobility.
· Proven experience in counselling and converting immigration clients.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Strong understanding of immigration pathways across Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, the UK, USA, UAE, or Investment Migration Programs.
· A consultative, client-first approach with high ethical standards.
· Strong presentation and closing skills.
· Self-driven, target-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional client experiences.
· Confidence in handling high-value and high-net-worth clients.
· Leadership qualities and the ability to mentor junior consultants will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
As an Immigration Consultant, you will:
· Conduct detailed immigration consultations and assess client eligibility.
· Advise clients on suitable immigration, residency, citizenship, work permit, business migration, and investment migration programs.
· Deliver accurate guidance based on current immigration regulations and program requirements.
· Build trust with clients through transparent and ethical consulting practices.
· Handle company-generated and self-generated leads with professionalism.
· Manage the complete sales cycle from consultation to client onboarding.
· Convert qualified leads into successful sign-ups while maintaining high client satisfaction.
· Maintain accurate client records through the company's CRM platform.
· Collaborate closely with case processing and documentation teams.
· Build long-term client relationships and generate referrals.
· Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
· Stay updated with global immigration policies, industry trends, and new immigration opportunities.

Qualifications
· Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
· 2–10+ years of experience in Immigration Consulting, Overseas Education, Global Mobility, Investment Migration, or International Sales.
· Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage).
· Strong interpersonal, presentation, and closing skills.
· CRM experience preferred.
· Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be given preference.
