Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and passionate Fine Artist & Curator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic background, experience curating exhibitions, and a deep understanding of contemporary art and cultural programming.
Responsibilities
- Create and develop original artworks across various mediums.
- Research, plan, and curate art exhibitions and cultural events.
- Identify and collaborate with artists, galleries, collectors, and institutions.
- Coordinate exhibition installations, artwork logistics, and event execution.
- Write exhibition descriptions, curatorial statements, and promotional content.
- Manage artist relations and support exhibition programming.
- Assist with social media content and audience engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Art History, Curatorial Studies, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in fine arts, gallery management, or exhibition curation.
- Strong knowledge of contemporary and modern art.
- Excellent communication, research, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Strong portfolio and/or previous curatorial experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with galleries, museums, art fairs, or cultural organizations.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and digital content creation.
- Strong professional network within the art community.
