l Generate the quotations for spare parts
l Keep organized sales matrices
l Managing filing system
l Dealership inquires followup
l Generate the sales order
To perform any other task assigned by the superior or management from time to time
l Master’s degree in sales & marketing
l Strong organizational and time-management skills.
l Proficient in MS office suite (Word, Excel, Power-point, Outlook).
l Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
l Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
l High level of discretion and confidentiality.
l Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
l Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
l Should have a go getter attitude.
