Job Overview
Infinity Crest Group Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Civil Site Engineer / Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at project sites in East Tambaram, Chennai. The selected candidate will coordinate site operations, monitor work progress, ensure quality standards, and support timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labour teams, and suppliers.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to project schedules.
- Review and interpret civil and AutoCAD drawings for execution.
- Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Monitor material usage and coordinate material requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Follow and promote safe working practices at the construction site.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Report project updates and site issues to senior engineers or project managers.
- Assist in planning and coordinating construction activities.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in civil construction or site supervision.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD drawings and construction documentation.
- Understanding of construction methods, site execution, and quality practices.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage day-to-day site activities effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work at construction sites.
