Job Purpose/Overview:
The Regional Salsify Activation Lead for APAC is responsible for aligning business priorities with the activation roadmap, understanding key retailer needs, and ensuring consistency with global strategy. This role plays a key part in scaling PXM capabilities, particularly Product Information Management (PIM), by supporting markets in effectively utilizing platforms to enhance digital product content and performance.
Working closely with Marketing, Digital Commerce, and Technology teams, the Salsify Activation Lead ensures end-to-end execution of digital content initiatives, focusing on delivering measurable business value, improving data quality, and increasing operational efficiency.
Acting as a bridge between the global team and regional markets, this role helps translate global strategies into practical, market-level execution, ensuring alignment, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
The Regional Salsify Activation Lead will be responsible for product growth and maturity, and future market activations:

Engage directly with local Marketing, Master data and Digital Commerce teams to deploy and scale PXM capabilities (Salsify), ensuring each market successfully adopts and utilizes the platform.

Own end-to-end delivery and adoption, take full accountability from initial requirements gathering through deployment, user adoption, and continuous improvement, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value.

Bring strong PIM (Product Information Management) expertise, understand product data structures, data modeling, and content requirements. Guide markets best practices for data quality, governance, and completeness, while recognizing that data ownership sits with the business.

Translate business needs into actionable delivery, work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and convert them into clear user stories, contributing to and shaping the global backlog using design thinking principles, while ensuring value-focused prioritization aligned with global KPIs and business targets.

Drive alignment between global and regional teams. Act as the key connector between global product teams and regional markets, ensuring strategies are effectively implemented while capturing local needs and feedback

Lead change management and adoption, map business processes, identify gaps, and support markets through change, ensuring users understand not just how to use the tools, but why they matter

Operate within a complex ecosystem, collaborate with strategic vendors and internal technology teams to deliver integrated solutions across multiple platforms.

Proactively identify and resolve issues, recognize risks, dependencies, and gaps early (e.g., unclear requirements, missing data, misaligned responsibilities) and drive resolution through structured problem-solving

Work effectively in a global, distributed environment, collaborate across time zones, bringing clarity, structure, and strong communication.

Demonstrate a user-centric mindset. Continuously engage with end users to improve tools, processes, and overall experience, ensuring solutions are practical and scalable.

The Products Experiences Management Team is part of an organization named Digital Experiences, which is part of Global Services, serving the Digital Technologies service line.

As an Enterprise team, serving all Segments globally (no exception), the role holder will collaborate with multiple global stakeholders and teams to protect our company, brands, and users (customers/consumers) to maximize the use of the Digital Shelf and Salsify Platform
Job Specifications/Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master's degree in business Analysis, Product Management, or a related field
Fluency in English, both written and oral

Experience with Salsify

Strong functional expertise in PIM/PXM with the ability to lead market activations end-to-end
