Job Summary
The Hospital Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hospital or diagnostic centre, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments, maintaining quality patient care, managing staff, and achieving operational and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall daily operations of the hospital/diagnostic centre.
- Supervise all departments including Reception, OPD, Radiology, Pathology, Pharmacy, Billing, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.
- Ensure excellent patient experience and timely resolution of complaints.
- Recruit, train, monitor, and evaluate hospital staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate manpower availability.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee discipline.
- Coordinate with doctors, consultants, technicians, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with NABH, AERB, Biomedical Waste Management, Fire Safety, and other statutory regulations.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and departmental performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Control inventory and ensure availability of medical and non-medical supplies.
- Monitor cash collection, billing accuracy, and financial reporting.
- Conduct regular departmental meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
- Handle emergency situations and ensure uninterrupted hospital operations.
- Develop and implement hospital policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration (BHA), Healthcare Management, Business Administration (BBA), or a related field.
- Master's degree (MHA/MBA Hospital Administration) preferred.
Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in hospital or diagnostic centre management.
- Experience managing multiple departments is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
