We’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Asset Engineer to manage the setup, maintenance, and tracking of POS systems, printers, and office IT assets. You'll play a key role in ensuring all hardware is operational, documented, and efficiently supported across our locations. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for on-call support operations, daily activity reporting, and tracking robot activity as well as handling customer queries related to Bots.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install and configure POS systems and printers, and manage hardware deployment at the business location.
* Install and configure printers on the network, ensuring proper integration and performance.
* Provide technical support to staff, clients, and vendors; troubleshoot and escalate hardware issues as needed.
* Maintain and update IT asset inventory, including desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
* Oversee all internal company assets, including monitoring lifecycle, usage, and compliance.
* Coordinate with vendors for procurement, billing, and warranty services of assets
* Work with the Admin team for internal and external asset movement.
* Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
* Utilize PowerShell scripting for automation, monitoring, and inventory tasks.
* Maintain excellent documentation and regularly update reports and records.
* Responsible for monitoring BoT daily usage and following up on anomalies via Customer Success.
* Share Trello status reports with all log activity pings
* Escalate unresolved issues promptly to the Level 3 Team.
* Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
