Responsibilities:
- End-to-end US IT recruitment process
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and databases
- Prior experience working with State Clients &Direct Clients(mandatory)
- Screening and shortlisting profiles
- Coordinating with hiring managers and candidates
- Understanding client requirements and closing positions
Requirements: .
- 2–5+ years of experience in US IT recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of US staffing process
- Ability to work in night shifts
Pay: ₹10,163.55 - ₹42,676.51 per month
Work Location: In person
