We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Land Sourcing professional to identify and evaluate land opportunities for residential and commercial real estate development. The candidate should have strong local market knowledge, negotiation skills, and experience in dealing with landowners, brokers, and legal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential land parcels for acquisition or joint development
- Build and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, and property consultants
- Conduct market survey and location analysis for new land opportunities
- Coordinate with legal and technical teams for land due diligence
- Verify basic title flow, ownership details, zoning, and approvals
- Negotiate commercial terms with landowners and channel partners
- Prepare land proposals, feasibility notes, and acquisition reports
- Track competition activity and land trends in Bengaluru and nearby locations
- Support management in finalizing land deals and documentation
- Ensure timely follow-up until closure of transaction
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/real estate background is an advantage
- 3 to 8 years of experience in land sourcing, real estate business development, or property acquisition
- Strong network in Bengaluru real estate market
- Good understanding of land acquisition process and development potential
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to travel locally for site visits and meetings
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working with builders/developers
- Familiarity with joint development and outright purchase models
- Self-driven and target-oriented professional
Salary- Attractive salary + incentives / As per experience
