Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor workplace safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with government safety regulations and company safety standards
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses and prepare reports
- Maintain safety records, documentation, and compliance reports
- Monitor usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Coordinate emergency response drills and safety audits
- Liaise with external regulatory authorities when required

Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Industrial Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, or Engineering
- 2–5 years of relevant experience (industry specific if required – construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, etc.)
