Role & Responsibilities
Ø Coordinate between Product, IT, sales and Operations teams for product development and deployment
Ø Assist in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
Ø Track product development progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones
Ø Support in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure bug tracking and resolution
Ø Maintain product documentation including workflows, SOPs, and release notes
Ø Monitor system performance and report issues to relevant teams
Ø Collaborate with vendors/partners for API integrations and technical support
Ø Assist in product launches and post-launch performance tracking
Ø Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards in fintech operations
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with some accounting knowledge
· 0–4 years of experience in Fintech / Banking / IT coordination roles
· Basic understanding of API integration, databases, and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
· Familiarity with fintech products like Payment Gateway, UPI, Wallets, Lending systems and
· Strong coordination skills
· Proficiency in MS Excel, word, or project management tools
· Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
