Role Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Admin Executive to manage end-to-end administrative and on-ground operations at our bakery. This role requires strong ownership, daily follow-ups, and the ability to manage staff and tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
● Handle end-to-end administrative operations
● Manage and supervise support staff (housekeeping, helpers, etc.)
● Ensure discipline, task completion, and smooth daily operations
● Take regular rounds to monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and workflow
● Maintain staff records, attendance, and basic documentation
● Manage inward & outward registers (materials, deliveries)
● Track and manage daily-use stock (coffee, cleaning supplies, etc.)
● Arrange local purchases for required materials/equipment
● Maintain equipment servicing schedules (AC, machines, etc.)
● Coordinate and ensure closure of maintenance and repair work
● Monitor generator diesel and basic utility requirements
● Arrange refreshments for night shift staff
● Support ground-level hiring and onboarding
Requirements:
● 5 years of experience in admin/operations (F&B/FMCG preferred)
● Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
● Comfortable with on-ground work and market visits
● Basic communication and coordination skills
● Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
● Working Days: 6 days a week (1 weekly off)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
