Key Responsibilities:
● Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and explain the
company products or services.
● Follow up with prospects and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and
gather feedback.
● Maintain a database of customer information and update call records regularly.
● Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns professionally.
● Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals.
● Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify opportunities for growth.
● Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, pricing, and offers.
