Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage end-to-end human resource functions for both office and factory operations. The role involves recruitment, onboarding, payroll management, attendance tracking, employee engagement, and ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
Post job openings on various platforms and maintain candidate database
Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule technical rounds
Prepare offer letters and negotiate compensation
2. Joining & Onboarding Formalities:
Handle complete joining documentation and induction process
Ensure proper onboarding of new employees (office & factory staff)
Maintain employee records and personal files
Explain company policies, rules, and compliance requirements
3. Payroll Management :
Prepare and process monthly payroll in coordination with finance
Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, overtime, deductions, bonuses, and statutory compliances
Handle PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements
Address employee payroll queries
4. Attendance & Leave Management:
Maintain daily attendance records for office and factory employees
Monitor shift schedules, overtime, and leave records
Ensure accurate data for payroll processing
Implement attendance systems and policies
5. Employee Engagement & Retention:
Develop and implement employee retention strategies
Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues
Conduct employee engagement activities and feedback sessions
Support performance management processes
6. HR Operations (Office & Factory):
Ensure smooth HR operations across both corporate office and factory unit
Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies
Conduct audits and maintain HR documentation
Support disciplinary actions and policy enforcement
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist role (manufacturing experience preferred)
Knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESI, and payroll processing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Ability to handle both blue-collar and white-collar workforce
