Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Crypto Community & Social Media Platform Coordinator with strong experience in cryptocurrency markets, community engagement, and social sentiment analysis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing crypto communities across platforms like Telegram, Discord, Twitter (X), and Reddit, along with the ability to track market trends and derive actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze real-time cryptocurrency market trends and social sentiment
- Manage and actively engage with online crypto communities (Telegram, Discord, Twitter, etc.)
- Track discussions, market buzz, and emerging trends in crypto and stock markets
- Perform sentiment analysis (bullish/bearish/neutral) based on community conversations
- Identify trending coins, narratives, hashtags, and influencer activities
- Detect FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, Doubt), misinformation, and potential market risks
- Coordinate with marketing and content teams to provide actionable insights
- Manage community queries, feedback, and engagement activities
- Monitor competitor activity and community reactions
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on market sentiment, trends, and performance metrics
- Track KPIs like Share of Voice (SOV), engagement levels, and community growth
- Identify scams, phishing activities, and fake accounts affecting the community
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in crypto, trading, or community management
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets and trading behavior
- Proven experience managing Telegram, Discord, and Twitter communities
- Knowledge of social listening tools and sentiment analysis
- Familiarity with crypto terminology (blockchain, liquidity pools, ETFs, etc.)
- Strong analytical and observation skills
- Ability to identify trends, patterns, and market signals
- Good communication and reporting skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in marketing or social media management in crypto projects
- Understanding of influencer/KOL tracking and impact analysis
- Basic knowledge of Discord bot management and Telegram moderation tools
- Ability to handle crisis communication and community issues
