ADS MANAGER

About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing, monitoring, and improving paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other digital channels
- Track campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to maximize ROI
- Perform audience analysis and identify effective targeting opportunities
- Generate campaign reports and provide insights based on key performance metrics
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to achieve campaign objectives
- Work closely with creative and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and campaign strategies
- Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing practices
Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in paid advertising, performance marketing, or digital campaign management
- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms
- Understanding of audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization techniques
- Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Capability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization
- Familiarity with lead generation and performance-based marketing strategies
