We are hiring an HR Executive for a reputed and rapidly growing organization based in Salem.

Location: Omalur, Salem Tamil Nadu
Experience: 5–7 Years in HR
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard suitable candidates.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Organize recognition programs and team activities.
- Support a positive and productive workplace culture.
Performance Management
- Track employee KPIs, KRAs, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate performance review meetings.
- Support performance improvement initiatives.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and skill gaps.
- Coordinate employee development programs.
- Support succession planning and career growth initiatives.
HR Operations
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and HR compliance activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and HR procedures.
Employee Relations
- Handle employee grievances and feedback.
- Maintain effective communication between management and employees.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of employee engagement and performance management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and HRMS tools.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
