We are actively expanding our market operations and looking for dynamic, results-driven professionals to join our sales team for two key positions: Area Sales Manager (ASM) and Sales Officer (SO).
Position 1: Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Role : Lead regional sales operations, manage distribution networks, and drive revenue growth across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
- Supervise and mentor Sales Officers to ensure peak team performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key channel partners.
- Monitor territory inventory levels and oversee timely reporting of stock, sales metrics, and competitor activities to senior management.
Requirements: Proven experience (3+ years) in sales management (FMCG/Retail preferred), strong leadership skills, and willingness to travel.
Position 2: Sales Officer (SO)
Role : Execute grassroots-level sales operations, manage retail accounts, and drive direct product distribution within designated beats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly visit retail outlets to secure orders and expand market reach.
- Ensure proper product placement, merchandising, and brand visibility in stores.
- Provide daily reports to the Area Sales Manager covering sales figures, stock availability, and market feedback.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements: 1+ years of field sales experience (freshers with strong communication are welcome), a valid two-wheeler license, and a smartphone.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹39,999.62 per month
