Job Summary
Stadion Institute of Sports & Management is hiring experienced Admissions & Sales Counselors to drive enrollments for Online PGDBM, US MBA, Sports Management, Artificial Intelligence, Pharmaceutical Management, Healthcare Management, and other professional programs.
We are looking for ambitious professionals with excellent counseling and sales skills who can consistently achieve admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Meet and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Follow up with leads using CRM and sales pipelines.
- Conduct need analysis and recommend suitable academic programs.
- Handle objections and close admissions effectively.
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to ensure a seamless admission process.

Eligibility
- Graduate or Postgraduate.
