Job Title: Assistant Manager – Business Development (IT Services)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-performing Assistant Manager to drive client acquisition for custom software, web, and mobile development services. The role requires someone who can independently generate leads, close deals, and contribute to revenue growth, especially in international markets (US/UK/Australia).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire clients looking for custom IT development (web, mobile, SaaS solutions)
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → pitching → negotiation → closure
- Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold outreach, email campaigns, and tools like Apollo
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for solutioning
- Develop long-term relationships with clients and explore repeat business opportunities
- Contribute to sales strategy and mentor junior BDEs (if required)
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in IT services sales / custom development sales
- Proven track record of closing mid to high-ticket deals
- Strong understanding of software development services (web, app, custom solutions)
- Experience in handling international clients preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-driven with a strong revenue-focused mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹175,000.00 per month
