Job Location – Sola, Near Kargil Petrol Pump, Ahmedabad (Male or Female Candidate)
Job Responsibilities -
· Responsible for supporting all aspects of the Director work including scheduling appointments, managing travel and accommodation as required in addition to drafting official internal/external emails, answering calls, managing dates, producing agendas, minutes and all key paperwork for meetings.
· Interact with staff in highly professional manner, maintaining high level of efficiency and resourcefulness while ensuring confidentiality in all sensitive and important communication.
· Maintaining daily MIS & coordination with all departments.
· Handling administrative and executive support related tasks.
· Ensuring all incoming and outgoing information for the Director is fully coordinated between the different business functions.
· Maintaining the filing systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency & produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations as required.
· Undertake any other duties as requested in accordance with the scope and responsibilities of the role.
· Enquiry management through E platform & maintaining MIS.
Experience Required –
· Confident, commanding and smart personality.
· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
· Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks at a time.
· Any previous legal experience or knowledge will be an added advantage
