Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital outreach.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service and project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience in B2B sales and lead generation.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills.
