We are looking for an experienced PPC Manager to manage production planning, material availability, production scheduling, inventory control, and coordination between purchase, stores, production, quality, and dispatch teams.
Experience in Genset/DG Set and Solar Panel manufacturing is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and capacity.
- Plan production schedules for Gensets/DG Sets and Solar Panels.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials, components, and consumables.
- Coordinate with Purchase and Stores departments to avoid material shortages.
- Monitor production progress against planned targets.
- Track WIP, finished goods, inventory, and material consumption.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
- Prepare MIS reports for production, pending orders, material shortages, and delivery status.
- Optimize manpower, machine capacity, and production resources.
Mandatory Experience
- Proven PPC experience in a manufacturing company.
- Hands-on experience in Genset/DG Set manufacturing is mandatory.
- Experience in Panel manufacturing is mandatory/preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and ERP/MRP software.
Qualification:
- Graduate/Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related field
