The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, knowledge of SEO best practices, and the ability to create engaging, search-engine-optimized content for websites, blogs, landing pages, and social media platforms.
The candidate should be able to research topics, understand target audiences, and produce high-quality content that improves organic rankings and drives website traffic.
Key Responsibilities
- Write SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, service pages, and landing pages
- Conduct keyword research and implement keywords naturally within content
- Create engaging and plagiarism-free content tailored to target audiences
- Optimize existing website content for better search engine performance
- Write compelling meta titles and meta descriptions
- Collaborate with the marketing and design team for content strategies
- Ensure content follows brand tone and style guidelines
- Proofread and edit content before publishing
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and Google algorithm updates
- Assist in content planning and topic research
Requirements
- Proven experience as an SEO Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role
- Excellent English writing and grammar skills
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization
- Familiarity with tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Surfer SEO is a plus
- Ability to write clear, engaging, and original content
- Strong research and time management skills
- Knowledge of WordPress is an advantage
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
