Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and direct them to the appropriate Sales Executive.
- Capture walk-in customer data and enquiry information.
- Schedule and manage customer appointments.
- Conduct follow-up calls for pending purchases, quotations, custom orders, and enquiries.
- Make birthday, anniversary, and festive greeting calls to customers.
- Inform customers about new collections, offers, exhibitions, and store events.
- Coordinate customer feedback and ensure prompt resolution of concerns.
- Maintain customer visit records and daily footfall reports.
- Support the sales team in customer engagement and retention activities.
- Ensure the reception and waiting area are well maintained.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with billing and service teams for smooth customer service.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
