We are looking for a proactive and dependable IT support professional to assist in day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting, and infrastructure maintenance across the organisation.
Responsibilities

Install and configure Windows and Linux operating systems

Install software applications, drivers, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc.)

Provide on-site and remote technical support to end-users

Assist users via remote tools such as TeamViewer and AnyDesk
-
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
-
Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and maintenance support
-
Maintain laptops, desktops, workstations, and servers
-
Support VC (Video Conference) systems in meeting rooms
-
Manage and maintain Canon MFP printers
-
Handle access control systems (ID cards / secure access systems)
-
Track allocation of IT assets (laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals, etc.)

Maintain inventory records and lifecycle management
-
Monitor AMC/warranty status and coordinate renewals
-
Monitor LAN, WAN, and WLAN networks
-
Ensure uptime of internal applications and externally hosted services
-
Monitor UPS systems across office floors, server room, and labs
-
Assist users in backing up data to cloud/storage systems
-
Perform mailbox backups (manual or automated)

Support database backups using tools/scripts
-
Support MS Teams and Zoom meetings

Assist in setting up and managing conference calls and internal meetings
Qualifications
BE/BTech in Computer Science or relevant fields
Skill Set
-
Good understanding of hardware and software installation types, including servers.

Experience in servicing and supporting peripherals associated with laptops, desktops, servers, and devices such as printers, audio, and video equipment.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in troubleshooting and installing various operating systems and applications.
