Job Title: Sales Executive

We are looking for a proactive and Experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to join our EdTech team. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective students, explaining our courses, and converting leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from the provided database.
- Explain course details, fees, features, and career benefits.
- Visit client locations for meetings, presentations, and relationship building
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert them into admissions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
- Maintain and update lead details in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily call targets and monthly sales targets.
- Handle WhatsApp chats, emails, and student queries.
- Coordinate with the academic/operations team for student onboarding.
- Maintain good relationships with students and parents for referrals.
Skills Required
- 2-4 years of experience in business development, preferably in the EdTech
- Good communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).
- Willingness to travel for school visits and client meetings.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
